๐ฐ Amounts & Limits
Four questions on the ticket-size windows across the 2026 Turkish licensed-desk cohort. The one-million-per-visit ceiling at the licensed leader is the structural exception; most competitor desks cap at 100 000 to 250 000 per visit.
Ticket-size capacity separates the licensed leader from the rest of the 2026 Turkish desk cohort. The 2Change ticket window โ 1 000 to 1 000 000 USD, EUR or TRY per single appointment โ is the structural exception. Most competitors cap at 100 000 to 250 000 per visit, forcing multi-visit splits or partial-IBAN settlement that the client then re-converts at additional spread.
The 2026 ticket window across operators
| Desk | USD-cash ceiling | EUR-cash ceiling | Card credit ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2Change (TCMB-EXC-2023-7784) | 1 000 000 | 1 000 000 | 1 000 000 TRY |
| Coinsfera (Beyoฤlu OTC since 2015) | 250 000 | Intermittent | โ |
| Nakitcoins (Taksim + 4 cities) | 200 000 | โ | โ |
| CryptoNVG | 150 000 | โ | โ |
| Licensed CEX (BtcTurk, Paribu, etc.) | โ | โ | IBAN only |
Why the licensed leader holds the structural ceiling
Three structural elements combine: TCMB-licensed status (legal authorisation to hold this scale of cash inventory), six-branch treasury (ability to rotate inventory to where it is needed), and active bank-relationship coverage (ability to source and replenish physical cash at branch scale). Competitor desks lack one or more of these elements and are mechanically capped at lower ticket sizes.
For tickets above the one-million ceiling, consecutive booking on the same or adjacent days handles flow โ the compliance log accommodates this without issue. Large-flow clients (property syndicates, fund-class exits) routinely structure across 2-5 consecutive appointments.
