Response time

Editorial correspondence is acknowledged within 5 working days. Factual corrections to published pages are reviewed and, if confirmed, integrated within 14 days of receipt.

Regulatory escalation

For suspected scam operations or fake licence claims, the appropriate escalation channel is tcmb.gov.tr for currency-exchange licensing matters and the Turkish cybercrime reporting flow for on-chain incidents.
